The 27th Annual Meeting of the Association for Natural Language Processing Guidance for Registration

For applicants: Please resister your information, following the instructions below.

1. Registering Basic Information

Click New registration and read the [Privacy Policy]. If you have no question about the contents of the introduction, click Agree to Privacy Policy.
Enter your basic information.
If you click Next before properly entering all necessary information, a red warning sign will appear. If this happens, enter the missing information.
If you click Next after properly entering all necessary information, Register will appear at the bottom of the page. Click this to complete the registration of basic information. The registration is not completed until you register your attendance information. Please continue the registration.

E-mail	○	The email address that you designate here will be your User ID. We well send an email to this address when we need to contact you. The registered e-mail address should not be used for other applicants.

Password	○	The password that you designate here will be the password to enter this system. (Your password should consist of six or more one-byte alphabet letters and/or numbers)

Association membership number	○*	If you are member of NLP, membership number is required. Only member can choose registration fee for main conference as member on next step. For supporting member and non-member, please skip this item. Note: Membership number was informed to members by e-mail on December 10, 2020.

Name	○	If you are from a country other than Japan, enter your name in alphabet letters.
Name: Katakana	○	If you are from a country other than Japan, enter your name in alphabet letters.
Contact address	○	Choose [Affiliation] or [Home].
Affiliation information	○	“Affiliated institution name” and “Affiliated instruction phone number” are required item, regardless of your contact address choice. Enter 000 if not applicable.

2. Registering Attendance Information

When you complete the registration of basic information, the screen will automatically change to the page of Attendance Information registration.
If you click Next before properly entering all necessary information, a red warning sign will appear. If this happens, enter the missing information.
If you click Next after properly entering all necessary information, Register will appear at the bottom of the page. Click this to complete the registration of attendance information. (When you choose the credit card payment, the link to the online payment system will be displayed when you confirm your registration. Click Credit card payments after registration to complete the registration.)
After attendance registration is completed, an email will be sent to the registered address to inform you that your attendance information is registered.

Participation fee	○	Only participant who enter membership number and password for member’s information management system can choose participation fee as member. Even in case you are attending only tutorial or workshop, participation fee of main conference is required.
Request for on-site participation		We accept requests for on-site participation only for members.
On-site precautions		Please be sure to put a check mark when you request for on-site participation.
Payment	○	In the case of early-bird registration, there are two options for payment of the registration fee: by postal transfer or by credit card. In the case of late registration, we only take credit card. [By credit card] The link to the online payment system will be displayed when you confirm your registration. Click Credit card payments after registration to complete the registration. If you have any questions about the online payment system, please contact the ZEUS Customer Support (E-mail: support(at)cardservice.co.jp). [By postal transfer] Click Register to complete the registration. After you receive the e-mail about registration completion, please proceed with the payment process following information of the e-mail.
Name of receipt (Participation fee)		If you want to be issued the receipt of the main conference for the name of person/institution not identical to your own, enter the addressee’s name you like.
Affiliation on your nametag		Enter as appears on your nametag up to 14 two-byte (28 one-byte) characters.
Possibly attend events		Please inform us of your attendance at events.

3. Receive the e-mail of registration completion

After complete the participation registration, we send e-mail about registration completion. In this e-mail, we inform your registration number and amount.
