2. Registering Attendance Information

Participation fee Only participant who enter membership number and password for member’s information management system can choose participation fee as member.
Even in case you are attending only tutorial or workshop, participation fee of main conference is required.
Request for on-site participation   We accept requests for on-site participation only for members.
On-site precautions   Please be sure to put a check mark when you request for on-site
participation.
Payment In the case of early-bird registration, there are two options for payment of the registration fee: by postal transfer or by credit card. In the case of late registration, we only take credit card.

The link to the online payment system will be displayed when you confirm your registration. Click Credit card payments after registration to complete the registration. If you have any questions about the online payment system, please contact the ZEUS Customer Support (E-mail: support(at)cardservice.co.jp).
[By postal transfer]
Click Register to complete the registration. After you receive the e-mail about registration completion, please proceed with the payment process following information of the e-mail.
Name of receipt (Participation fee) If you want to be issued the receipt of the main conference for the name of person/institution not identical to your own, enter the addressee’s name you like.
Affiliation on your nametag Enter as appears on your nametag up to 14 two-byte (28 one-byte) characters.
Possibly attend events Please inform us of your attendance at events.

3. Receive the e-mail of registration completion
